B2B SAAS DEMAND INTELLIGENCE

Sell to the Signal™

Stop spending on accounts that will never fit your ICP.

DemandVerified helps B2B SaaS companies identify accounts showing signs of researching their software category, verify them against their ICP, and prepare eligible audiences for existing Google, Meta, CRM, and sales workflows.

Combine category intent, company fit, and signal recency before committing more paid acquisition budget. Keep the campaigns and systems you already run.

THE PREMISE

Your next buyers are already evaluating software.

Companies in your category are evaluating software this quarter. Your ad account alone cannot tell you which accounts combine current research with your ICP.

Delivery optimization starts with incomplete account context.

Google and Meta are built to optimize delivery and bidding. They use their own behavioral and conversion signals, but those signals do not give your team a shared account list verified against your ICP and a defined buying window.

A title tells you someone’s role. An interest suggests category relevance. A lookalike resembles a seed audience. None, on its own, establishes that a company fits your criteria and is evaluating software now.

DemandVerified adds that account context before activation. Define who qualifies, which signals matter, and how recent they must be. Give paid acquisition and sales a common starting point.

Audience selection is a lever you can inspect.

Campaign settings still matter. Performance Max may expand beyond supplied audience signals. Review targeting controls, exclusions, and downstream account quality alongside platform-reported conversions.

Intent. Fit. Timing. Together.

Intent

Available signals of active category research, comparison, or pricing-related behavior.

Why might this account be researching?

Fit

Your ICP rules: company size, industry, geography, tech stack where available, and exclusions.

Could this account become a suitable customer?

Timing

Signal recency as a field you can inspect and filter. Agree the useful window for your category.

How recent is the evidence?

Firmographics establish fit without establishing intent. Retargeting provides recent engagement context but depends on prior contact with your business. Lookalikes provide similarity without directly verifying ICP fit or current category research.

A signal indicates potential relevance. It does not establish an active procurement process.

Keep your stack. Add account context.

Follow the audience beyond the click: ICP-qualified responses, SQLs, opportunities, customers, and CAC payback. Attribution helps evaluate the program; it does not establish causation by itself.

Choose accounts for a reason you can explain.

Intent-led audience vs. interests, titles, lookalikes, and retargeting

Selection basisRelevant research signals evaluated against ICP rules.Category affinity, role, similarity to past buyers, or previous engagement.
TimingAvailable signal recency is a filterable field.Titles and interests do not establish a buying window. Retargeting can use engagement recency.
Reach before a site visitCan identify accounts before they visit, subject to coverage and permitted activation.Interests, titles, and lookalikes support prospecting. Site retargeting requires a prior visit.
As spend scalesThe source audience remains bounded by agreed fit and signal criteria. More budget does not create more qualifying demand.Broader or expanded delivery can reach weaker ICP matches. Results depend on settings and optimization.
Use outside adsScoped records can inform SDR prioritization and CRM workflows.Platform-defined audiences generally do not provide an exportable account list. Your own CRM data remains usable separately.
Evidence before buyingRequest a no-charge review of one segment, including available coverage and limitations.Audience estimates may be available; commercial fit and outcomes usually require campaign testing.

Neither approach guarantees delivery, matching, pipeline, or lower CAC. Evaluate the resulting customers as well as campaign efficiency.

Start with the question you need answered.

Demand Intelligence™

“Where is demand for my category concentrating?”

Examine available demand signals across your ICP segments. Understand coverage, account composition, recency, and the limits of the evidence before choosing an activation.

Demand List™

“I need an audience I can actually run.”

Scope an activation-ready audience around agreed ICP rules, relevant signals, exclusions, and permitted destinations. Confirm fields, format, and eligibility before delivery.

DemandStream™

“Keep it fresh as accounts enter and leave buying cycles.”

Refresh the audience as qualifying signals appear, age, or stop meeting your criteria. Cadence depends on the program and available data. Changes in signals do not confirm that an account has entered or exited a buying cycle.

Choose the option that fits the decision. Use them together where useful.

Give paid acquisition, SDRs, and your CRM the same account priorities.

PAID

Add ICP context before spending.

Use eligible records for matched custom-audience workflows in Meta and Google where platform requirements permit. Confirm identifiers, permissions, and campaign compatibility first. A sourced account list is not automatically eligible for upload.

Evaluate ICP-qualified pipeline, CAC, and CAC payback alongside CPL. No platform match rate is promised.

OUTBOUND

Reconcile the accounts sales and marketing pursue.

Give SDRs a prioritized account list with the available signal context and recency. Coordinate outreach and advertising around agreed accounts, suppress exclusions, and measure progression into qualified opportunities.

CRM

Revisit closed-lost when there is a new reason.

Your CRM records why an opportunity closed. It may not tell you when the account starts researching again.

Review dormant and closed-lost accounts against permitted, recent category signals. Preserve the original loss reason. Exclude accounts that remain a poor fit. Give the owner a reason to review the account before deciding whether to follow up.

New activity can justify another look. It does not prove that the original objection has disappeared.

“Verified” means checked against agreed criteria.

Verification applies to the criteria, fields, and coverage defined in your scope.

What we check

  • ICP fit against your rules.
  • Firmographic and geographic fit.
  • Signal relevance to your category.
  • Signal recency.
  • Record validation and deduplication.
  • Suppression of existing customers and exclusions using agreed inputs.

What it does not mean

  • That the account requested contact.
  • That budget is approved.
  • That the account decided to buy.
  • A guaranteed meeting or opportunity.
  • A promised match rate on any platform.
  • Permission for any use that has not been scoped in writing.

Missing or unavailable fields remain limitations. They are not treated as verified.

START WITH ONE SEGMENT

Name one segment. See what the evidence supports.

Choose one industry, one company-size band, and one region within your ICP.

We review available coverage and, where supported, map accounts showing signals consistent with evaluating your category. We walk you through the findings, what was checked, and what remains uncertain.

The initial segment review is no-charge. Any expanded analysis, audience delivery, or recurring program is scoped separately.

Measurement preferences

Optional interaction measurement is off by default. Enabling it allows non-identifying page and action events for this visit. No advertising pixel, cross-visit identifier, or third-party analytics destination is installed. Inquiry details are saved separately when you submit a request. Download choices may be included in that submitted context; no follow-up is sent merely because you download.

Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track take precedence. The choice resets when you reload.

Necessary website functions remain active. Marketing tracking is not configured.
