Website notice · Updated September 22, 2026
This notice describes the inquiry form and website built for DemandVerified. It does not describe the data practices of a separately contracted audience intelligence program.
What the form collects
When you submit an inquiry, the site stores the name, email address, organization, market or service area, program interest, and message you provide. It also stores a submission reference, time, and the version of this notice acknowledged at submission. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or customer lists.
Program and market-assessment forms also collect the company website, industry, primary service, approximate customer value, acquisition-spend range, and any supplied channel, company-size, location, sales-team, or canvassing details. These are stored with the request and used to assign review categories. They do not trigger automated acceptance, marketing subscription, or data delivery.
Where provided, we also store your role, objective, ideal customer description, intended activation destination, use case, campaign cadence, and timeline. Each request receives review guidance and an initial inquiry stage. Educational follow-up is optional; downloading resources does not subscribe you to updates.
Source and conversion context
When you submit, we may store the current page path, landing path observed in the current tab session, referring domain, and campaign labels such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and term. We retain the first saved conversion and update the latest conversion for the same email address without replacing the original recorded source. If you download an asset, its site path may be included with a later request so the follow-up can reflect what you asked for. We also record a broad content-intent category; it is not a sales-readiness score. This is limited submission attribution, not proof of which campaign caused a purchase. The site uses temporary first-party session storage to carry source context across pages in the same tab for up to 30 minutes. That context contains no form entries and is saved to the database only when you submit. If browser storage is unavailable, only the current page context may be available. Please avoid including personal information in campaign labels.
When you choose to carry a calculator, assessment, or planning summary into a request, the site temporarily stores that summary in the current browser tab for up to 30 minutes. It is prefilled for review without placing your entries in the destination URL, is not submitted automatically, and is cleared after a successful request. If storage is blocked, you may need to re-enter your summary.
Why it is collected
These details allow DemandVerified to review your request, assess a potential fit, and respond about that request. The website does not automatically subscribe you to a mailing list or send your inquiry to a marketing platform.
Storage and service providers
Inquiries are saved in a hosted database associated with this site. The website and database rely on Sites and its hosting infrastructure, including Cloudflare. Infrastructure providers may process technical request information to deliver and secure the service. Inquiries are not exposed through a public listing or public read endpoint.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not install advertising pixels or a third-party analytics collector. Optional non-identifying interaction events are off by default and can be enabled for the current visit through Measurement preferences. Search events use a small set of topic categories rather than raw search text. Temporary tab-session storage carries submission source context as described above; it is not a cross-site advertising identifier. Fonts are served with the site. The hosting service may use essential security or access-related mechanisms, particularly while access is private.
Review, correction, and deletion requests
To ask about information you submitted, use the inquiry form and select “Privacy request.” Include your submission reference if you have it. Do not send identity documents through this form. A request may require verification before information can be disclosed or changed.
Audience intelligence programs
Data sources, permitted uses, retention, suppression, access, and contractual responsibilities for any audience program must be specified separately before that program begins. An inquiry does not authorize enrichment of your customer database or activation of an audience.
