FROM SIGNAL TO CONNECTIONStop prospecting. Start intercepting demand.

From buying signals.
To your next move.

DemandVerified follows one intelligence model: detect relevant signals, verify context, score opportunities against defined criteria, map geographic concentration, activate through permitted workflows, and learn from downstream results. Each program begins with a scoped market and offer. Verification improves relevance against agreed criteria; it does not guarantee a purchase or permission to contact.

Give your team a defined audience, available context, and a clear handoff. Know what you are receiving and how it fits your route, CRM, or permitted campaign before you activate.

What does “verified” mean?

Verification means applying defined criteria to available data and signals to improve relevance for a particular market, audience or use case. It does not mean every person is guaranteed to purchase.

Criteria that may apply to a program
  • Identity / record validation
  • Geographic fit
  • Customer-profile fit
  • Signal relevance
  • Signal recency
  • Serviceability
  • Audience eligibility
  • Deduplication
  • Suppression
  • Program-specific criteria
01

Define the opportunity.

Start with your offer and territory, not a database. We define the household or consumer criteria, exclusions, and whether the audience is intended for D2D, CRM, or paid media.

  • Which households fit — and which should be excluded?
  • Which category or problem signals matter?
  • Will the audience support a route, CRM, or campaign?
THE OUTPUTA written audience brief and agreed qualification criteria.
02

Find the relevant signals.

Evaluate available intent and behavioral indicators against your brief. Relevance, recency, and source coverage matter more than simply collecting more activity.

  • Category and problem-related interest
  • Available behavioral and market context
  • Signal timing and coverage limitations
THE OUTPUTA candidate audience with the context needed for review.

What a signal can look like

Depending on market and source coverage, a signal may reflect category research, comparison behavior, pricing or financing exploration, or other available market and property context. We evaluate relevance, recency, and coverage against your brief. We do not treat a signal as proof that someone has decided to buy, has budget, or has consented to a specific outreach channel.

03

Verify fit. Enrich context.

Assess the audience against agreed criteria and enrich records where data is available. Identity, household or property context, and signal detail give your team more to work with.

  • Household-profile and territory alignment
  • Available identity and contact validation
  • Duplicates, exclusions, and data limitations
THE OUTPUTA scoped audience with defined fields and verification methods.

What 'verified' means here: every audience is checked against the criteria you define — territory, household context, and signal recency. That's a scoped, relevant starting point, not a guaranteed appointment or sale.

04

Connect with intention.

Deliver the intelligence in the agreed format and plan how it will enter your existing workflow. Your team remains responsible for outreach, campaign execution, and appropriate use.

  • D2D, CRM, or compatible activation route
  • Channel requirements and suppression handling
  • Refresh cadence and a review of feedback
THE OUTPUTA usable audience and a clear activation handoff.
OUR DATA STANDARDS

Act with clarity.
Know what stands behind the signal.

Know what a signal says. Know what it doesn’t.

✓

Verified is defined.

Verification is measured against agreed criteria. It is not a blanket promise that a person has been interviewed, consented to outreach, or decided to buy.

✓

Depth is not provenance.

“First-party-quality” describes the intended depth and usability of intelligence. Licensed or enriched records do not become first-party data merely because they are detailed.

✓

Intent is an indicator.

Behavior can suggest interest. It cannot establish an individual’s purchase decision, budget, or buying authority with certainty.

✓

Permission is channel-specific.

A reachable contact is not automatically a permitted contact. Source terms, jurisdiction, consent, platform policies, and suppression requirements must be considered for the intended use.

✓

Availability is scoped.

Fields, identity matches, geographic coverage, refresh cadence, and delivery formats vary. Your proposal should make those boundaries explicit.

✓

Exclusivity is written.

Any exclusivity must specify the category or territory, duration, and restrictions. It applies within our agreement, not to the entire data market.

Still have a question?

Let’s talk it through
What is DemandVerified?

DemandVerified is a demand-intelligence partner that turns recent buying signals into scoped consumer audiences for door-to-door, CRM, and permitted Meta campaigns. It is built for high-ticket local acquisition. It is not a lead marketplace and does not guarantee appointments or sales.

What does “verified demand” mean?

DemandVerified assesses records against agreed criteria: territory or customer fit, relevant intent signals, recency, and available identity or contact validation. Verification does not mean the person requested a visit, consented to a specific outreach channel, or decided to buy. The scope of verification is defined in your program.

How is this different from buying a lead list?

A conventional list often starts with names, addresses, and static filters. DemandVerified adds territory fit, relevant category activity, and available context so teams can prioritize a defined audience. Each engagement specifies source coverage, fields, refresh cadence, and intended use. An audience record is not a guaranteed lead.

Can I upload the audience to Meta?

DemandVerified can prepare a delivery for compatible Meta audience activation where supported and permitted. Match rates, minimum audience sizes, source permissions, and Meta policies still apply and are confirmed during scoping. An available contact field or relevant demand signal does not itself establish permission to use that person’s information in a particular channel.

Can an audience be exclusive?

DemandVerified may offer category or geographic exclusivity for selected programs. Market, duration, scope, and restrictions must be agreed in writing. Exclusivity is not assumed and does not mean a person cannot appear in other providers’ datasets. Availability is confirmed for your specific category and territory during scoping.

Does DemandVerified guarantee sales or appointments?

DemandVerified does not guarantee sales, appointments, or purchases. Intent signals indicate potential interest; they are not a purchase decision or permission to contact. Your offer, channel, follow-up, and market conditions still influence results. Audience intelligence and contact qualification are distinct, and any human qualification or specific consent requirements need separate confirmation.

What does a program cost?

DemandVerified scopes pricing around audience size, territory, available data, enrichment, refresh frequency, activation needs, and exclusivity. There is no published fixed price for every program. Start with a demand-mapping conversation to define a relevant scope and receive a tailored proposal. No payment is required to inquire.

Measurement preferences

Optional interaction measurement is off by default. Enabling it allows non-identifying page and action events for this visit. No advertising pixel, cross-visit identifier, or third-party analytics destination is installed. Inquiry details are saved separately when you submit a request. Download choices may be included in that submitted context; no follow-up is sent merely because you download.

Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track take precedence. The choice resets when you reload.

Necessary website functions remain active. Marketing tracking is not configured.
