Make prioritization explainable.
A prioritization framework for determining which audiences or opportunities deserve attention first.
Turn available evidence into reviewable priorities rather than treating every record equally.
What do you do with it?
- Prioritize outreach
- Segment campaigns
- Route eligible CRM records
- Build audience tiers
Prioritize with defined evidence.
- Relevant signal
- Useful recency
- Customer fit
- Geographic fit
- Eligible activation
Define the inputs, missing-data handling, review rules, and permitted purpose for each program. No universal weighting or purchase probability is implied.
Start with criteria, not a universal number.
A program may weight recent relevant activity, customer-profile fit, serviceability, and usable permissions differently. Available fields, thresholds, weights, and missing-data handling must be defined for the program.
Separate evidence from inference.
Keep the observed events and derived attributes distinguishable from the prioritization decision. Multiple correlated observations should not count as independent proof.
Evaluate the ranking.
Compare outcomes across priority groups over an appropriate window. Look for coverage bias, stale observations, and operational differences. This page does not present a validated scoring engine or universal scale.
What does “verified” mean?
Verification means applying defined criteria to available data and signals to improve relevance for a particular market, audience or use case. It does not mean every person is guaranteed to purchase.
Criteria that may apply to a program
- Identity / record validation
- Geographic fit
- Customer-profile fit
- Signal relevance
- Signal recency
- Serviceability
- Audience eligibility
- Deduplication
- Suppression
- Program-specific criteria
