Start with the company and offer
Prepare the company website, primary service, ideal customer, service territory, and acquisition objective. Include exclusions, capacity limits, and the decision the program should support.
Describe the existing acquisition process
Identify CRM information, advertising channels, sales process, and relevant customer or campaign data where appropriate. A description of available fields is enough for initial scoping; do not send a full database through an inquiry form.
Agree success and permissions
Choose customer and economic metrics, a baseline, review period, responsible owner, and applicable data permissions. Confirm suppression and authority to supply records before any transfer.
Use the preparation checklist
Review the checklist below or download a printable copy. Checking an item is a local preparation aid; it does not submit information, activate a program, or upload customer data.
