DemandVerified™ / Success Metrics

Define success beyond lead volume.

Demand intelligence should ultimately be evaluated against business outcomes—not simply audience size, clicks or form submissions.

  • Audience size
  • Eligible audience
  • Match / activation rate where relevant

  • Geographic coverage
  • Signal recency
  • Audience refresh rate
Level 2

Engagement

  • Impressions
  • Clicks
  • Response
  • Website engagement
  • Calls
  • Form submissions
  • Conversations
Level 3

Qualification

  • Qualified lead rate
  • Appointment rate
  • Contact rate
  • Show rate
  • Opportunity rate
  • Sales acceptance rate
Level 4

Customer

  • Close rate
  • Customers acquired
  • Customer acquisition cost
  • Average customer value
  • Service purchased
  • Customer geography
Level 5

Revenue

  • Revenue
  • Gross profit
  • Revenue per lead
  • Revenue per opportunity
  • Revenue per customer
  • Gross profit per acquisition dollar
  • Lifetime value where measurable

Audience and engagement measures remain valuable diagnostics. Customer and revenue measures need consistent attribution, cost definitions, and observation periods.

01 / Success Metrics

Audience and activation measures

Where relevant, review eligible records, accepted or matched audiences, coverage, and suppressed or unresolved records. A platform match does not establish engagement or purchase intent.

02 / Success Metrics

Lead and appointment measures

Define qualified lead rate, appointment rate, show rate, and close rate against explicit denominators and consistent cohorts. A change in qualification rules can change a metric without changing customer outcomes.

03 / Success Metrics

Customer and economic measures

Connect customers, acquisition cost, revenue, and gross profit where customer data is available. State included costs, attribution period, cohort maturity, and whether value is observed or projected.

04 / Success Metrics

Create the measurement agreement

Assign the source system and owner for each metric, document exclusions and missing data, choose a review window, and decide what evidence would support continuing or changing the program. No improvement is assumed.

05 / Success Metrics

The closer the metric gets to revenue, the more commercially meaningful it becomes.

Customer and revenue outcomes connect the program to business value. Upstream measures remain valuable diagnostic indicators: they explain audience coverage, delivery, engagement, and where execution may be breaking down. Revenue data also needs consistent definitions, cost context, and a suitable observation window.

Signals indicate potential commercial relevance—not certainty that an individual will purchase. Coverage, permitted destinations, and refresh availability vary by program.

Your market is already generating signals.

The question is whether you can see them.

Measurement preferences

Optional interaction measurement is off by default. Enabling it allows non-identifying page and action events for this visit. No advertising pixel, cross-visit identifier, or third-party analytics destination is installed. Inquiry details are saved separately when you submit a request. Download choices may be included in that submitted context; no follow-up is sent merely because you download.

Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track take precedence. The choice resets when you reload.

Necessary website functions remain active. Marketing tracking is not configured.
